Rationalization at Work

Every Tuesday night, after the three-hour drawing session is finished, I think “Not a good night for me. None of my drawings tonight are good enough to scan.” When I get around to looking at them the next day I think “Not as bad as I thought. I’ll scan a few of them for my blog.” After seeing the drawings in a blog post, I think “Worse than I thought. I’d do a lot better if we had three-hour poses.'‘ There’s always rationalization to fall back on.
